Man's Brutal Creativity: Love In The Time Of Hope featured in the Edge of Humanity Magazine

I am very happy to share that my series "Love in the time of hope" is featured in the Edge of Humanity Magazine.

As some of you may recall, the series is an artistic approach to the issue of torture through waterboarding.

With approximately more than 43% of the adult refugees who made their way to Europe in the past two years having endured acts of torture, and with an American president calling waterboarding “peanuts”, this topic is more relevant than ever before.

If you feel as strongly against any use of torture as I do, please consider supporting the Stop Torture Campaign by Amnesty International.

Thanks!

1969: The Second Man, Ars Nova, New York City

Photos of the theater production '1969: The Second Man" I took last weekend in NYC. A great 'folk-punk song cycle/puppet-show/history' play about Buzz Aldrin, the second astronaut to walk on the moon. Directed by Lilleth Glimcher, written by Jacob Brandt. I worked with Lilleth before on one of her shows at Harvard University. Keep an eye on her future productions!

The lighting situation was quite challenging, as I couldn't get as close to the stage as I would have liked to. But I'm happy with the result.

I love the puppets of the presidents!
