Mark Römisch is a German photographer and performing artist living and working in Boston (USA). He received a B.A. in Drama from Schauspielstudio Gmelin (Drama Conservatory), Munich (Germany) and a Magister Artium (M.A.) in Modern German Literature (emphasis on Film and Media Studies) and Communication Science (emphasis on Photojournalism) from the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich (Germany).
He received additional professional training at the New England School of Photography, Boston and by Joe McNally, Brian Smith and Robert Seale, New York City.
His professional works is focused on portrait, theatre, and event photography. His signature style has developed from his own background in acting and directing.
Mark is a member of the American Society of Media Photographers (ASMP) and currently resides in Greater New York City, Boston and Munich.
